15-45-EN Salt of the earth

R. Salt of the earth, light of the world ;
Called to proclaim the Lord of all.
Praise God, sing with one voice :
Jesus, our Saviour and king ! Lord of all the earth.

1. Christ is risen rejoice !
He conquered sin and death,
So, death no more has power over Him.
He has saved us all ;
He has redeemed us by his blood ;
His Spirit makes us cry out Abba, Father !

2. Put yourself in his hands,
God will transform your life.
Accept his will which is your joy and peace.
Choose what’s good and true,
What pleases God in all you do,
And you will bring his love to all the world.

3. You know deep in your heart
The thirst all feel today,
For truth and goodness found in every soul.
Jesus Christ is life, the way
And truth for everyone,
Prepare the way, his kingdom is at hand.

4. Praise and thanks to our God,
For we are called to serve
To bear his light and love to all the world.
Share your faith in love,
God’s grace and strength will be with you.
The Spirit guides all those who seek the Lord.
