R. Whom shall I send ?
Who will go in my name ?
Here I am, Lord, ready to do Your will :
Send me

1. John, come here and see, for I am the Lamb of God.
Light that shines for the world, in truth and in love.
Come and open your heart, I bring eternal life.
Be my friend and remain as a branch in me, the vine.

2. Peter, son of John, are you ready to give al l?
If you love me more than these, answer my call.
I’ll make you a fisher of men, a shepherd in my name.
You will guide my Church, I will take away your shame.

3. And you ? Will you follow me, as a witness of my love ?
Share my body, my blood, my life with the world.
Bring the sinners to me and I’ll give them peace.
That the whole world may see that you belong to me.
