R. Christ is arisen from the dead,
Alone He conquers death,
His victory brings us all eternal life !
1. Come bless the Lord my soul the first born among the dead,
For He alone is our Redeemer, King.
2. Yes, Jesus crucified is now risen from the tomb,
And we proclaim that our Lord is alive !
3. There is no other name by which everyone is saved,
Than Jesus Christ, the Lord of all the earth.
4. So, turn from your false god’s, from the idols in your life,
To Christ, the Lord, both true God and true man.
5. O praise the Lord my soul, my redeemer and my Lord,
For Jesus’ love has conquered sin and death.
