12-11-EN Sing out your praises

R. Sing out your praises,
To God, our Saviour,
For He is with us,
King and mighty one.
He truly loves us,
He calls us to Him ;
In joy and peace
Let us present our lives to Him !

1. I lift my eyes up,
I watch the mountains :
Where will I find the help
I need if not from Him ?
He made the heavens,
The earth and oceans ;
He never slumbers, no,
He watches over me.

2. For when I call Him
In grief or sadness,
He runs to meet me
With his arms outstretched to save.
He made me for Him,
To love Him always,
He leads me by the hand
Along the path of life.

3. When I seek shelter
In God, my Saviour,
I know He will protect
And keep me from all harm.
He made me for Him,
To praise Him always,
In Him, my heart will find
Its peace and rest secure.

4. The birds of heaven,
The deep-sea creatures,
The moon and stars above,
He holds them in his hand.
He made the flowers,
He grew the forests,
Now and for evermore,
He gives us all we need.

5. So let us raise up
Our hearts and voices,
As children gathered
By his love and tender care.
His mercy heals us,
For He forgives us,
We need not fear
Because the Lord is at our side !
